Welcome to Victor's Yoga!
I'm a yoga teacher based in South Kensington. I've been practicing yoga since 2009 with various teachers including Michael Saunders and Louise Grime. In 2011 I began practicing
Transcendental Meditation under the guidance of Lynn Royse. I've since completed the 2-year British Wheel of Yoga accredited 200-hour teacher training diploma at Triyoga with Susannah Hoffman and Jeff Phonix. I'm also currently a Teacher Training Assistant at Triyoga.
I hold an MA in Text and Performance from RADA so my style of yoga often incorporates techniques used to train actors to relax, but I find these wholly applicable to non-actors as well.
My classes endeavour to provide a space where you can begin to unwind and release stored tension in the body and mind. I combine structurally accurate strength building postures with those intended to calm the nervous system and quiet the mind.

Full-time student / unwaged: £7.50 per class
